We aim to get your order from paw to post as quickly and safely as possible.
🚚 How We Ship
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard.
- You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way
- Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days after dispatch
- It’s a fully tracked service, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way (Morti insists on it)
🪡 Processing Time
As a small, handmade studio, we aim to dispatch within 3–5 working days.
During busy periods or product launches, this may take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you posted.
🌍 Do You Ship Internationally?
Not yet — for now, we’re keeping things close to home and only shipping within the UK.
If you're overseas and desperate to join the Fun Club, email us and we’ll see what we can do.
📬 Need It Sooner?
Drop us a message before ordering — we can sometimes offer faster shipping or priority processing depending on stock and chaos levels.
