🛍️ Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love what you ordered — and if it’s not quite right, we want to fix it.

💌 Changed your mind?

No problem. You can return any unused, non-personalised item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging
  • You’ll need to cover return postage costs (we're still a tiny studio!)
  • We recommend using a tracked service — we can’t refund lost parcels

🖋️ Personalised & Made-to-Order Items

Because these pieces are made just for you (or your dog), we can’t accept returns unless there’s been a fault or mix-up on our end.

But if something’s not right, please get in touch — we’re real humans and we will try to make it right.

🧵 Faulty or Damaged Orders

Oh no! If your item arrives damaged or something’s gone wrong, let us know within 7 days and we’ll sort it ASAP — whether that’s a replacement, refund, or repair.

📬 How to Start a Return

Just email us at jo@mortisfunclub.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief note about the issue
  • A photo if something arrived damaged or faulty

We’ll reply as soon as possible (usually within 1–2 working days).
